Personal:

Ever since I could remember hockey has been a huge part of my life. Some of my earliest memories I can think of are my parents taking me to skate laps during open skating at Chaska community center. It is memories like this that remind me of how much love I have for this sport, and how it truly has shaped me into the person I am today. I began playing for the Chaska/Chanhassen team before eventually going to play for Holy Family Catholic High school. After High school I played a year in Chicago and then a year in Lacrosse, Wisconsin for the Coulee Region Chill in the NAHL. I had known a handful of alumni that had went to SJU, such as Josh Gross, and I had heard nothing but praise for the school so it became the clear choice for me. So far SJU has been great and I can’t help but feel a sense of purpose and belonging being at this school.

I am currently a global business major because I feel like it caters to my personality and will provide me with great opportunities to pursue a professional and successful career post college. I am also minoring in communications. My father has been a big influence in choosing the global business route as I have seen how hard he has worked to get to where he is at in his own career. He has been a role model for what I would like to aspire to be someday

A goal that I have always had in the back of my head is to travel and work for a company abroad. The thought of living in another country and experiencing new cultures interests me and I would like to one day be able to do that. My dream job would be if I were able to start and run my own business. I’ve always been intrigued by entrepreneurship and being able to start something from nothing.
